We are Martin & Verity Conway, the directors of Conway Recruitment. We met in Brighton sixteen years ago and have been married for thirteen years with three wonderful children. We set up Conway Recruitment with the intention of offering a top quality service to our candidates.

With over twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and twelve years in Healthcare Communications recruitment Martin brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and expertise to recruitment.

He is passionate about facilitating positive and rewarding career trajectories; perfectly matching candidates in their ideal roles and sourcing the very best talent to exceed client expectations.

Verity Conway

Verity recently finished a degree in anthropology but also has a background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing bringing an extensive knowledge of the marketplace to Conway recruitment. She has exceptional vision, enthusiasm and drive to always achieve the best outcome for both our candidates and clients.

Verity is responsible for the successful marketing and efficient running of the company and day to day management of the office.
